We want you to be fully satisfied with your Akadam purchase. If something is not right, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return window

• Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to request a return.

Conditions for return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags atached.
• Items that have been worn, washed or without original tags will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost

• A return handling fee of CHF 2.99 will be deducted from your refund.
• If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, Akadam will cover the return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to return

1.  Contact us at info@akadam.ch to request a return.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
3. Attach the return label you will receive by email.
4. Drop it off at your nearest Swiss Post office.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• If you paid partly with a voucher, the voucher portion will be reissued as store credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
